Work with Keith

I help HR and operations leaders work through what AI means for their people, their decisions, and the way work gets done. That includes developing people’s capabilities and designing the AI solutions and supporting infrastructure that help those changes work at scale.

A practical workbook for workforce AI enablement

If “help everyone adapt to AI” has landed on your desk, you’ll need something more useful than a very enthusiastic slide deck.

I’m developing the AI Workforce Transformation workbook from the approach I use in my enterprise client work. It will bring the activities, steps, and troubleshooting into one working resource for the person leading workforce AI enablement.

The workbook is designed to help you develop people’s ability to innovate, adapt, and create more value through human and AI collaboration. It will give you a way to work through what needs to change, involve the people affected, and decide what to do next, including when things get messy.

The workbook is coming soon. To express interest, send me a LinkedIn message with “Workbook” and a sentence about the responsibility you’re carrying.

Think through a real leadership decision with AI

You already ask AI for ideas and advice. Sometimes it gives you a beautifully organized version of what you already knew. You still have a decision to make.

Bring one strategic or people decision to a focused coaching session. You might be weighing competing priorities, deciding where to invest your team’s effort, developing an employee, or preparing for a difficult conversation.

I’ll help you frame the problem, give AI the context it needs, explore alternatives, and challenge the advice it produces. A confident answer still has to earn its place in your decision. You’ll work toward a clearer decision or plan while developing an approach you can use again.

That’s how I approach AI-first leadership. You learn to spot where AI can improve your thinking, ask better questions, and use your own judgment about what to act on.

The one-to-one session lasts 60 minutes, and costs $250. A short preparation form helps focus the time on your situation.

To arrange a session, send me a LinkedIn message with “Coaching” and a few sentences about the decision you’d like to work through.

Workshops and AI solution design for your company

Bring the question that keeps coming back to the meeting agenda. I’ll give your team a structured way to work through it.

I design company workshops around your organizational questions and working examples. Depending on what your team needs, a session can focus on leadership decisions about AI, helping managers guide their teams, building workflows that people can test and maintain, or evaluating the quality of AI-assisted work.

The aim is to leave with decisions your team can use and a next step someone can actually take. Scope and delivery are shaped around your situation.

When the work also calls for a technical solution, I act as the AI architect. I translate your workforce and operational needs into a solution design and implementation plan for your technical team to build. The design connects how people will work with the systems and infrastructure needed to support them.

To discuss support for your company, send me a LinkedIn message with “Workshop” or “AI design,” who the work is for, and the question you want to address.
